Services & Fees
Insurance: I currently accept Regence, Blue Cross, and select insurances under St. Lukes Health Partners (including Select Heatlh, Pacific Source, and Mountain Health Co-Op). I am also considered an out of network provider and can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance.
Sliding Scale: Finances should not be a barrier to you or your child getting the support they need. I offer select sliding scale spots. If finances are tight please inquire about sliding scale availability!
15 minute Consult
$0
A strong therapeutic alliance is so important in the success of therapy! I know your time, resources, and emotional energy are important to protect so I would love to schedule an initial phone call to see if we could be a good fit before investing in a session.
Individual session
$150
A typical therapy session is 50 minutes. These sessions are used to meet you where you are. Some sessions may be used for processing, others might be more oriented towards goals and problem solving. In our initial session we will figure out what your goals are for our sessions and go from there.
Family session
$200
Family sessions can be effective for many reasons, whether it is coming together to figure out how to support a loved one dealing with mental health, have hard conversations, or trying to change relational dynamics. Family sessions are available on an as needed basis for existing clients.
