Insurance:
I am an approved provider for TriWest/TriCare Insurance. For other insurance companies you may be
Reimbursed for counseling services you receive. For other Insurance companies I am considered an
out of network provider and I will give you a "Super-bill" billing statement for you to submit directly to your
insurance company for reimbursement. Full payment of the counseling fee provided is to be paid at each
session. I will work with you as you work with your insurance company to receive maximum benefits, many
people receive reimbursement of 80% of fees paid.
